The private pool can be used till 10:00 PM. Please note that the swimming pool remains closed between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM on the checkout day for scheduled cleaning and maintenance.

👮 The villa owner, caretaker, and management shall not be responsible for any police action, fines, or legal consequences arising from illegal activities or violation of noise regulations.
❌ Footwear is not allowed inside the villa.
⚠️ Any damage caused during the stay will be chargeable or deducted from the security deposit.
⚠️ In the event of an MSEB power outage, inverter backup is available for up to 4 hours (depending on usage). During power outages, air conditioners, geysers, and the refrigerator will not operate.
⚠️ Electronic appliance performance during power interruptions is beyond the management’s control.
