✔ Remaining balance payment must be completed at the time of check-in.

❌ Strict prohibition of drug usage or any illegal activities within the villa premises.

❌ No prostitution or immoral activities are permitted inside the property. Any violation may result in immediate eviction without refund and legal action.

🚭 Smoking, drinking, eating, and hookah are strictly prohibited inside the cricket turf. Guests are requested to use the designated gazebo and bonfire seating area.

🔇 Music Policy:

• No loud music after 10:00 PM outside the pool area.
• Inside the villa, music should be played at a low volume only, in accordance with The Noise Pollution (Regulation and Control) Rules, 2000.

👮 The villa owner, caretaker, and management shall not be responsible for any police action, fines, or legal consequences arising from illegal activities or violation of noise regulations.

👞 Footwear is not allowed inside the villa.

⚠️ Any damage caused during the stay will be chargeable or deducted from the security deposit.

⚠️ During power outages, inverter backup is available for up to 2 hours depending on usage. Air conditioners, geysers, and the refrigerator will not operate during power failures.

⚠️ Electronic appliance performance during power interruptions and electricity disruptions during monsoon are beyond the management’s control.

❌ No refund or postponement will be provided in case of cancellation.
